Roy Biakpara
Roy Biakpara is the Founder and Managing Director of Cyber Path Insight and the creator of the AssuranceLoop Professional Standard (APS), a comprehensive framework for Operational AI Governance that integrates governance, implementation, assurance and professional capability into a single operating model.
With extensive experience leading cybersecurity, governance, risk and compliance initiatives across both public and private sector organisations, Roy has helped organisations strengthen information security governance, implement management systems, enhance operational resilience, improve supplier assurance, establish enterprise governance frameworks and prepare for regulatory compliance.
Recognising that organisations needed more than high-level AI governance principles, Roy developed the AssuranceLoop Governance Operating Model (AGOM) and the AssuranceLoop Operational Model Suite (AOMS) to provide a practical, evidence-based methodology for implementing AI Governance within real organisational environments.
His work combines internationally recognised standards with practical implementation, enabling organisations to move beyond governance theory towards measurable governance outcomes, continual improvement and certification readiness.
As lead author of the AssuranceLoop publications and certification programme, Roy is committed to developing the next generation of Operational AI Governance professionals through standards-based learning, practical implementation and professional certification.
His vision is to establish AssuranceLoop as a globally recognised professional standard that enables organisations and practitioners to implement trustworthy, accountable and operational AI Governance with confidence.

Bennet Aboagye-Asare
Bennet Aboagye-Asare leads the technical architecture and digital learning experience behind the AssuranceLoop Academy.
He has extensive experience designing enterprise software, learning platforms and operational systems that translate governance processes into intuitive digital workflows.
Working closely with Roy, Bennet has helped transform the AssuranceLoop methodology into an interactive professional learning experience, ensuring that participants can move seamlessly from learning governance concepts to applying them in real organisational environments through the AssuranceLoop platform.
